To some remote areas and islands, UPS Express might be impossible. Courier service can be changed to Posti/GLS/Postnord. Delivery time might take longer.

Delivery Time

Although we try our best to ship your items out as soon as possible, the delivery times may vary depending on a number of factors:

  • COVID-19
  • Shipping company's processing times
  • Delays due to weather conditions, holidays, unexpected events
  • Strikes

For a more accurate delivery times, please refer to the post-purchase email that will include tracking number for your order. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support team and we will be happy to assist you. If the tracking number is absent from your confirmation email, please contact us, we will be happy to assist you.  

If your order status are not updated after 14 days of transportation (since the day you receive tracking information), please contact us or your local courier service. 

Pre-order Processing Time

Any order containing Pre-order item(s) takes longer processing time. It might vary from 1-3 weeks.

Cancelled Items

Sometimes items are removed from orders due to following reason:

  • Damaged product due to transportation to our warehouse
  • Lack of inventory
  • Short expiration date

Customer will be fully refunded for total amount of cancelled items (minus discount).

Delivery fee will not be eligible for refunding. 

 

Policies

  • Domestic sales tax have been applied to orders based on order destination and in compliance with Finnish laws. 
  • JBEAUTY is not responsible for any fees charged at delivery. Such fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable in any form. All JBEAUTY policies are subject to change without advance notice. Be aware of your local shipment regulations. 
  • Please ensure that all of your information is correct prior to submitting your order (ex. address, zip/postal code, phone number, billing address) as JBEAUTY is not responsible for additional fees to reship the order.
  • Because our online store  are automatically integrated with fulfilment and delivery service,  we are NOT able to change any data of your order, contact information, and shipping address.
  • If the order was sent out but it cannot be delivered due to customer’s reason (missing information, overdue pickup…), the parcel will be returned to us without any refund. However, you can request a new shipment  with an extra fee. Please contact us in advance so we will happy to re-send it to you as soon as possible.
